I've started this blog more times than I can count. Each time, I'd sit down, write a few lines, decide it didn't sound like me, and close the laptop. Writer's block, fear of getting it wrong, and a real dislike of anything that sounds polished and hollow.
This time, I’m going to stop overthinking it and just start.
What this is
This journal is a space for slower thinking. Real stories, honest reflections, and no cheese. Some of it is science, some of it is spirit, and most of it sits somewhere in between.
What you'll find here
- Founder life: burnout, letting go, and what happens when your work is who you are
- The ND brain: the science of ADHD, hyperfocus, and working with your brain, not against it
- Inner work: resistance, fear, shadow work and breathwork
- Space to think: what coaching really is, and why being heard matters so much
- On my own terms: values, energy, and building work that actually fits
Who it's for
If you're a founder, a leader, or someone in a demanding job who's ready for change but rarely gets the space to think, this is for you. Maybe you already invest in your wellbeing, with Pilates, yoga or the odd retreat, but work still leaves you running on empty. Or maybe you've just felt like everyone else seems to have it together.
Read at your own pace
There's no schedule to keep up with here. Dip in when something speaks to you. Take what helps, leave what doesn't.
Thanks for being here.
